The 9th International Conference on Intelligent Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing was held at Beijing University of Technology

On October 16, the 9th International Conference on Intelligent Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing (IIHMSP2013) was held at Beijing University of Technology. The meeting was jointly approved by the Beijing Municipal Government and the International IEEE Organization, as well as strongly supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, IEEE Beijing Branch and IEEE Tainan Branch. More than 100 famous scholars from home and abroad attended the meeting.
Guo Guangsheng, president of Beijing University of Technology, Pan Zhengxiang, founder of the IIHMSP conference and chairman of the conference procedure committee, Jia Kebin, chairman of the conference and president of the Institute of Electrical Control, and Zhou Mengqi, head of IEEE Beijing Branch, attended the opening ceremony of the conference and delivered a speech.
The conference specially invited academician Gao Wen of Peking University, Professor Ioannis Pitas of the University of Aristotle in Greece, Professor Xiao Yunzhi of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Professor Patrizio Campisi of the Third University of Rome in Italy, Professor Dai Qionghai of Tsinghua University, Professor Chen Xinhong of Taiwan Jiaotong University and other well-known scholars at home and abroad to give a keynote speech to introduce the latest research results in the field of information. The experts also had extensive and warm academic exchanges on the contents of the report.
This meeting provided an international academic exchange platform for domestic and foreign counterparts, and played a positive role in strengthening academic exchanges and cooperation among countries in the field of information and promoting further development in the field of information.
